Phone number (stored in hashed form), the public display name and @username you choose, transaction records, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service. Some partners may collect identity information for KYC under their own policies.

If you request access through our website we collect the name, email and message you submit, and use them only to reply to your request.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal and compliance obligations (including sanctions screening), and communicate with you about your account.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Zadro, with regulated partners for KYC and funding, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Security

We use measures such as hashed credentials, session expiry, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure.

We keep records as long as needed for the service and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.
